Chuka-Fu Shredded Cabbage

Make this shredded cabbage as a typical Japanese side dish. It offers a freshness to cut through the richness of tonkatsu or other fried Japanese dishes

Ingredients
- ½ green cabbage or pointed cabbage, shredded as finely as you can
- 1 tbsp white miso
- 1 tbsp soy
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 large lime, juiced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Preparation
Serves 4
- Whisk the dressing ingredients together and toss into the shredded cabbage. Keep in the fridge (see tip below) until ready to serve alongside tonkatsu or other Japanese dishes.
